taste: the juice of melted blue ice pops, extremely sweet



cheese 1, wine 1: the cheese elevates the acidity level, causing tingling throughout the roof of my mouth.


cheese 1, wine 2: the cheese eliminates the flavor of the wine, only leaving the body of wine remaining.


cheese 1, wine 3: the wine overpowers the cheese, essentially having no impact on the flavor.


cheese 2, wine 1: the acidity of the wine and  

the creaminess of the cheese are the only sensations i can detect when consumed together. 


cheese 2, wine 2: the combination causes a warm sensation in the middle of the mouth otherwise no changes


cheese 2, wine 3: the sugar of the wine feels like it penetrates the cheese and reveals a smokey taste


cheese 3, wine 1: the cheese overpowers the wine, only allowing the warmth and acidity to remain


cheese 3, wine 2: the combination creates a warm yet sour sensation. 


cheese 3, wine 3: the sweetness of the wine is dulled by the cheese
