cheese 1: cheddar cost: unknown cheese 2: grana american gru cost: unknown cheese 3: Prairie Brie cost: unknown wine 1: Casa Faire Prosecco cost:  wine 2: Saint Marc Reserve    Syrah Rose cost: wine 3: Principe Verdejo cost:  wine 1:  smell: citrus taste: foamy, floral, apple wine 2: smell: strawberry, floral taste: full body, creamy, floral wine 3: smell: blueberry cotton candy taste: the juice of melted blue ice pops, extremely sweet cheese 1, wine 1: the cheese elevates the acidity level, causing tingling throughout the roof of my mouth. cheese 1, wine 2: the cheese eliminates the flavor of the wine, only leaving the body of wine remaining. cheese 1, wine 3: the wine overpowers the cheese, essentially having no impact on the flavor. cheese 2, wine 1: the acidity of the wine and   the creaminess of the cheese are the only sensations i can detect when consumed together.  cheese 2, wine 2: the combination causes a warm sensation in the middle of the mouth otherwise no changes cheese 2,

Wine Dinner 2

Wine Dinner 2 This Dinner includes 3 courses, Appetizer, and Entrée from Wine & Beer 101 in Raleigh NC. Dessert was from Goodberry's Frozen Custard in Raleigh NC. The meal was enjoyed with my Step-mom, Dad, and Paternal Grandfather over spring break. Appetizer: Lettuce  Wine 1:    Aerobat Pinot Grigio smell: citrus, floral taste alone: acid, sour, fruity taste with food: the food cuts the sourness,  and  the bite of the wine is tamed which reveals more of the fruity flavors Dinner: Andouille Rigatoni Wine 2: Tollini Zinfandel taste alone: peppery, a little sweetness, fruity, mild dry taste with food: the wine exponentially increases the impact of the rosemary in the food, creating an extremely spicy flavor Desert: Chocolate Ice cream with sprinkles wine 3: Hardys Whiskers Blake Classic Tawny taste alone: maple syrup cough syrup taste with food: the combination cancels out the taste, when I let the combo sit in my mouth it feels like I have a mouth full of water. when I swish it
